Notes on delivery

  • [Business Name] is filled in per business at call time.
  • The recording disclosure sits naturally in the middle of the greeting, not tacked on as an afterthought.
  • It should sound like part of a normal, friendly opening, not a legal warning.
  • Keep the pace unhurried on the disclosure line specifically. It is the one sentence that genuinely needs to be heard and understood, not rushed through.
